John Cannon (2.33) ridden by Bryan Cooper is selected to win the Connolly’s Red Mills Irish EBF Auction Maiden Hurdle over 2m, in a bid to make amends when finishing second at 10-11 at Thurles last month.
Irascible (3.08) trained by Henry de Bromhead and ridden by Rachael Blackmore is tipped each-way by fromthehorsesmouth.info in the 17 runners Tommy Carberry Handicap Hurdle over 2m 3f. Homme D’Un Soir under JJ Slevin is worthy of each-way support at 12-1.
Mrs D. Foster saddles Memory Of Youth (3.43) tipped to win the 19 runners Easter Festival 16-18 April Handicap Hurdle over 2m 7f. Gordon Elliott trained Excelsior, priced at 10-1, is worthy of each-way support.

Henry de Bromhead trained Sovereign Gold (4.50) under Rachael Blackmore is tipped to win the 3m 1f Novices Chase, having finished third of 11 at Down Royal last month. Sovereign Gold won over 3m in heavy ground at Tipperary in 2021.
